FAQ - The Sniffers

1. What types of products do we offer?

We offer a small range of innovative dog products that will evolve over time: automatic kibble dispensers (for greedy pooches), smart cameras (for four-legged explorers), travel bags (for tired furry friends) and much more!

2. Where do we deliver your products?

We deliver everywhere in metropolitan France. Even if your dog has ordered by himself while sniffing your screen, we bring his treasures to his kennel!

3. What are the delivery times?

It takes us 2/3 days to prepare your order.

Our delivery times vary and are on average 7/8 working days depending on your location and the product ordered. Yes, that's faster than a puppy chasing its tail!

4. Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free for delivery throughout France.

5. How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This way, you will know exactly when your dog will be able to jump for joy upon receiving the package!

6. What payment methods do we accept?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal. Sorry, payments in bones and treats are not yet available.

7. Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

Of course! You have 30 days to return a product to us if it doesn't suit your dog (or you). We promise, we won't ask you if your dog chewed it first!

8. How to contact customer service?

9. Are our products suitable for all dog breeds?

Yes, we have something to satisfy both Chihuahuas and Great Danes. You will find all the information on our product sheets.

10. Do you offer any discounts or special offers?

Yes, and even offers so irresistible that your dog might give you the sweet eye so that you crack! Subscribe to our newsletter to not miss anything!
